Whatever the reason, most people agree that they feel so much better and see the health benefits after practicing yoga. Obviously from a gymnastics perspective flexibility is of the utmost importance and we promote improving your flexibility through various stretching exercises. We believe incorporating some yoga fundamentals into your recreational gymnastics classes can help make your program more innovative and fun.

Everything from yoga station cards/illustrations and stretching outlines to more advanced pre-comp flexibility and fitness testing packages and guides. Our visual bundles are great to set up stretching stations during your warm ups.

Good flexibility is essential to doing good gymnastics and it can prevent future injury. We offer many innovative ways to add some flexibility to any class.
